Shipping & Delivery Policy
House of Flowers delivers fresh, handcrafted floral arrangements across Lahore and Karachi. We do not currently offer delivery to other cities or international destinations.
Delivery Areas
Lahore We deliver across Lahore, including DHA, Gulberg, Model Town, Johar Town, and surrounding areas.
Karachi We deliver across two zones:
- Zone A – DHA, Clifton, Akhtar Colony
- Zone B – PECHS, Mehmoodabad, Azam Town
Delivery Timeframes
We offer same-day delivery in both Lahore and Karachi, subject to order cutoff times. Orders placed after the cutoff will be delivered the next day.

Exact delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Recipient Unavailability
As our products are perishable, please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address. If the recipient is unavailable:
- Our delivery team will attempt to contact the provided phone number.
- If unreachable, the order may be left with a neighbour or building reception at the recipient's risk.
- We are unable to offer refunds for orders that cannot be delivered due to recipient unavailability.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation. For real-time updates, please contact us via WhatsApp or the contact details provided at checkout.
Special Notes for Floral Deliveries
- Flowers are perishable — please arrange for prompt receipt upon delivery.
- For special occasions (weddings, events), we recommend placing orders at least 48 hours in advance.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons (Valentine's Day, Eid, Mother's Day, etc.).
