At House of Flowers, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in preparing and delivering every order. However, we understand that flowers are delicate, and we want you to feel confident every time you order from us.
Damaged Delivery — 100% Guaranteed Return or Replacement
If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or in poor condition upon delivery, we will replace your order or issue a full refund — no questions asked. This guarantee applies when all the flowers in your order are damaged at the time of delivery.
To claim a replacement or refund for a damaged delivery, please:
- Take clear photos of the damaged flowers immediately upon receipt.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at 0333-1110255 or email us at our support address.
- Share the photos along with your order number.
Once we verify your claim, we will arrange a free replacement delivery or process a full refund within 2–3 business days.
General Returns
As flowers are a perishable product, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer. All sales are final except in the case of damaged or incorrect deliveries.
Incorrect Orders
If you received the wrong item or arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
